I am a bridge between worlds-science and spirit, ancient and modern.

Born of lineage where healing flowed through stories, songs and sacred science---and trained in the clinical world of medicine--I carry both memory and method.   My ancestors were not only healers. They were watcher of the stars, interpreter of dreams, caretakers of spirit. Their wisdom didn't end with them, It moves through me now.  I began as a nurse, tending to the physical body. But I soon realized healing isn't just about tissues and cells--- It's about energy, memory, spirit.  I felt the ache behind the symptoms, the soul behind the silence. So, I turned inward, I became my own ceremony. Through sacred cleansing, conscious reprogramming, Reiki, laughter, sound, grief rituals, and earth-rooted prayer, I began to remember---and unlearn. Healing became my way of returning to myself. Healing isn.t a service. It's a ceremony. Each ceremony is a reconnection to your breath, your body, your ancestors, and your power. This isn't mainstream healing. It's soul work. Together. we remember, release and return to the wholeness that has also lived in you.
